The mountains that lie on the Italian Front are home for World War One. It can be beautiful as well as terrifying at the same. Inspired by the two-year battle for the control of the Isonzo river valley and Alps in World War One, Isonzo is a new level for its place in the WW1 Games Series, figuratively and in the literal sense.

You can play the new game mode Offensive , and you’ll be in the thick of historical attacks against the Italian Front. Then lead your troops through spectacular Italian terrains, plan for defensive action on battlefields that are dynamic or spearhead an attack through the stunning Italian scenery.

Each item is recreated through fields research, which includes the uniforms as well as the arsenal of guns. It is possible to blow your adversaries off with mortars, artillery and air support or close in with a bayonet. Make sure you are aware of poison gas…
